課程介紹
這門課程的目的在幫助學生學習專業餐旅管理與職場英語以提升學生的英語溝通能力。內容涵蓋了各種主題,如: 飯店入住/退房手續、飯店設施、點餐用語、各種飲料以及結帳手續等, 使學生增進餐飲英語對話能力與國際溝通能力。
評量方式:
(1) 平時成績表現: 40 %(口語練習分數、上課書寫業分數、學習平台每周練習分數、其他筆記以及多益分數等)
(2) 期中考 (教科書老師授課內容紙筆考試): 30 %
(3) 期末考 (教科書老師授課內容紙筆考試): 30 %
